Our protein is composed of casein and whey, a multifaceted protein with many benefits. Combination of whey and casein would be an ideal workout drink for individuals undergoing endurance training. Whey is a fast-releasing and highly usable by the body which triggers better muscle repair after intense training. It is one of the richest sources of leucine, an essential and branched-chain amino acid.     Over the last several months I increased my workout load. In addition to 2-4 hours a day of tennis practice I also added morning and evening runs and conditioning. After after 3-4 weeks of intense training, even with decent rest periods, I realized I wasn’t recovering fully. I added milk and whey protein isolate to my post recovery routine and the results were awesome. My recovery time shortened. Soreness decreased dramatically and my energy levels increased. This product dissolved well in water but naturally milk with a flavor was better. No chalky after taste. Also great for smoothies.
